上海证券交易所8月13日消息，傲拓科技股份有限公司（简称“傲拓科技”）回复了第二轮问询，拟在科创板上市。
根据招股书，傲拓科技拟募资7.79亿元，其中，1.60亿元用于补充流动资金。
傲拓科技是一家专注于可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）研发、生产和销售的企业，其中，中大型PLC为核心产品，产品广泛应用于水利水电、石油石化、船舶、轨道交通、国防、市政、冶金等领域。
