当地时间8月12日，伊朗波斯湾海峡管理局表示，“美方反复声称霍尔木兹海峡已重新开放，但这并不能改变事实，即霍尔木兹海峡仍然关闭，除非美国接受伊朗提出的条件，否则该海峡不会重新开放。”（总台记者 李健南）
