8月13日美股盘初，标普500指数续刷纪录新高，美股半导体、存储芯片股直线拉升，费城半导体指数涨幅迅速扩大至1.5%，ARM、迈威尔科技涨超5%，闪迪涨近5%，英特尔涨超4%，美光科技、SK海力士涨超3%，超威半导体、阿斯麦涨超2%；板块内个股全线上涨。
