近日，群星风采・第十三届陕西省群文系统业务干部技能（音乐）大赛评选结果揭晓。县文化馆副馆长李稷演唱红色曲目《最美延安》，凭借扎实唱功与浓郁陕北风情，从全省41 件参赛作品中突围，斩获声乐三等奖。
