8月13日，国家金融监督管理总局甘肃监管局公示行政处罚信息：平安银行股份有限公司兰州分行因存在流动资金需求测算不审慎等违法行为，被罚款110万元。
同时，甘肃监管局对周侠年、张海波、王鹏三名相关责任人警告并罚款共计15万元。
