8月13日，兆驰股份（002429.SZ）公告称，公司于2026年8月10日通过回购股份方案，资金总额3-5亿元，回购价不超13.99元/股，期限3个月。近日，公司收到工行深圳分行《贷款承诺函》，同意提供专项贷款额度，金额不超4.5亿元且不超回购资金总额90%，期限不超3年，专项用于回购股票。具体贷款以借款合同为准。
