8月11日，中石油专属财险发布公告称，根据公司2026年第三次临时董事会决议，陈鹏不再担任公司总经理。
简历显示，陈鹏，59岁，2023年1月出任中石油专属财险总经理，2022年至2023年期间担任总经理岗位临时负责人；2017年至2022年期间曾担任中意财险董事长。
