河南省平顶山市应急指挥部消息，受极端强降雨及上游水库大流量泄洪共同影响，8月12日晚，平顶山市郏县长桥镇北汝河段民堤发生溃口，溃口宽度40余米。13日凌晨3时前，当地已组织两批次共计2182名群众转移避险，暂未接到人员被困和伤亡情况报告。（新华社）
