据CCTV国际时讯，韩国大法院、也就是最高法院8月12日就“二战中遭日本强征劳工受害者遗属对日本制铁公司提起的索赔诉讼案”作出终审判决，维持二审判决结果，要求被告赔偿8000万韩元，约合38万元人民币。
