8月12日，中国天保集团（01427）发布公告，预计截至2026年6月30日的六个月内，公司将录得净亏损介乎6000万元至7000万元，而去年同期的净亏损为3730万元。
董事局指出，亏损主要由于收益减少，原因包括为控制应收账款风险而主动调控承接规模，导致建筑合同数量减少，以及楼宇平均单位售价下降。
