北京商报讯（记者 董晗萱）8月12日，北京商报记者注意到，据国家企业信用信息公示系统，重庆易极付科技有限公司（以下简称 "易极付"）大股东由重庆市博恩科技（集团）有限公司（以下简称"博恩科技"）变更为重庆海尔小额贷款有限公司，持股比例99%。
易极付于2011年获人民银行颁发《支付业务许可证》，业务类型为储值账户运营Ⅰ类，牌照有效期至2026年12月。此前，博恩科技多次将所持易极付99%股权挂上拍卖台，但均未果。
