8月12日，奥泰生物（688606.SH）公告，公司此前审议通过以超募资金回购公司股份用于注销并减少注册资本，回购资金总额不低于1亿元且不超过2亿元，回购价格上限84.03元/股。2026年8月11日，公司完成回购，累计回购股份362.65万股，占总股本比例4.57%，回购成交最高价68.29元/股，最低 价41.88元/股，支付总金额1.99亿元（不含交易费用）。公司将于2026年8月13日注销本次所回购股份。
