据常州发布，8月11日上午，纵慧芯光高端光通信芯片及器件研发制造基地签约落户常州。本次签约项目持续投入总计约50亿元，将重点建设磷化铟高端激光芯片研发及量产产线，助推国内光通信核心芯片的国产化进程。
