润邦股份(002483)8月11日公告，全资子公司润邦海洋与欧洲某知名船东签订了《造船合同》。根据合同约定，润邦海洋将为上述船东建造并提供6艘活鱼运输船（包含选择权船舶订单）。以上6艘船舶建造合同的总金额折合人民币约28亿元至33亿元。
