中国太保公告称，因年龄原因，路巧玲女士向公司董事会提交辞呈，辞去公司副董事长、非执行董事、董事会战略与投资决策及ESG委员会委员职务，辞任自2026年8月11日起生效。路女士的离任不会导致董事会成员低于法定人数，且已做好交接工作。
