格隆汇8月11日丨EPRINT集团(01884.HK)发布公告，2026年8月11日，船太易(作为贷款方，公司的间接非全资附属公司)与借款方(作为借款方)及担保人(作为担保方)订立该贷款协议，据此，船太易同意授出为期12个月，金额为500万港元的该贷款。船太易主要从事根据放债人条例在香港提供游艇融资。
