人民财讯8月11日电，据气象部门预测和自然资源部地质灾害技术指导中心研判，受第13号台风“白海豚”残涡影响，未来三天，北京部分地区有强降雨过程，北京西南部和东北部部分地区发生地质灾害的风险较高。自然资源部于8月11日15时对北京启动地质灾害防御IV级响应。
