8月11日，豫光金铅（600531.SH）在互动平台表示，公司高纯金属材料处于中试试验阶段，目前中试生产线生产的7N高纯锌、铟、镉、碲，是化合物半导体、光电子芯片、高端红外探测芯片的核心上游高纯原料；配套产出的5N高纯硒主要用于普通红外光学与通用光电薄膜制备。
