8月11日，贝斯特（300580）发布公告，公司董事会秘书陈斌不再兼任财务总监职务，仍担任副总经理和董事会秘书。陈斌通过无锡市鑫石投资合伙企业间接持有30万股公司股票。
为保障财务工作的平稳进行，公司决定在聘任新的财务总监前，由总经理郭俊新代行财务总监职责。
2026年一季度，贝斯特实现收入3.86亿元，归母净利润7303万元。
