1 白海豚即将抵达湖北
今天16时，“白海豚”（热带风暴级）的中心位于江西省上饶市广信区境内，预计它将以每小时15至20公里的速度向西北方向移动，或于今夜到明晨移入湖北境内。

2 新一轮强降水即将开启
12日前后，“白海豚”残余涡旋将在湖北、河南、安徽三省交界区域回旋滞留，与西风带高空槽、冷空气系统深度结合，开启新一轮跨区域强降水过程。
