人民财讯8月10日电，洁美科技(002859)8月10日公告，公司拟以发行股份的方式购买周林、远致星火、丁杰、陶尚、陈永富持有的埃福思科技100%股权，交易双方确定本次交易的最终交易金额为9.15亿元。同时公司拟向不超过35名符合条件的特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。通过本次交易，公司业务从电子封装耗材拓展至超高精度光学元件确定性抛光装备。
