格隆汇8月10日丨华大酒店(00201.HK)公告，就华大酒店而言，2026年中期期间预计华大酒店拥有人应占除税后净溢利约1300万港元至1500万港元，相比于2025年中期期间华大酒店拥有人应占除税后净亏损约1500万港元。主要归因于(i)总收入增加约1400万港元；(ii)其他服务成本减少约1100万港元；及(iii)财务成本减少约500万港元。
