永嘉县气象台2026年08月10日15时25分将台风红色预警信号调整为台风黄色预警信号：目前第13号台风“白海豚”已位于江西省上饶市广信区境内，受其外围环流影响，预计今天下午到夜里我县所有乡（镇、街道）仍有大到暴雨，沿江和高山地区仍有6-8级大风。希各有关方面注意防范。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
