格隆汇8月10日｜乌克兰农业部表示，由于黑海港口出口实际上陷入停滞，该国今年秋季可能面临严重的粮食仓储能力短缺问题。此前，黑海港口承担了乌克兰约90%的粮食出口运输。乌克兰农业部称，预计仓储缺口可能达到1100万吨。该部门还表示，已请求美国方面提供支持，帮助采购用于农场临时粮食储存的设备。
