记者从浙江省气象台了解到，今年第13号台风“白海豚”（热带风暴级），今天（10日）13时中心位于江西省上饶市广丰区境内，就是北纬28.4度、东经118.4度，8级（20米/秒），990百帕。预计“白海豚”将以每小时10—15公里的速度向西北方向移动，强度变化不大。
