近日，浙江宁波一辆极氪7X在充电过程中突然起火爆燃，现场火光冲天，引发广泛关注。针对该事件，极氪官方回应称，涉事车辆近期曾发生过严重碰撞事故，且事故后并未在官方售后渠道进行检测及维修，提醒车主如车辆遭遇碰撞应尽快前往官方授权服务点检修，以排除安全隐患。目前，具体起火原因仍在进一步调查中。
