8月9日，伊朗外长阿拉格齐表示，目前伊朗与美国之间没有进行任何谈判，但斡旋方仍在努力寻找恢复谈判的途径。伊朗认为，在美国就此前违反相关承诺的行为作出弥补之前，不具备重新启动谈判的条件。
