8月7日，西贝餐饮创始人贾国龙旗下“天边”系列第二个独立品牌“天边羊多”在北京丰科万达广场开出全国首店，由一支平均年龄约95后的内部团队全权操盘。
门店设全透明“草原鲜羊肉铺”操作间，所有羊肉均为内蒙古直采、当日鲜切现做，开业不到3小时首批炖煮手把肉即售罄。西贝此前已关闭全国约30%门店进行战略收缩，并推出天边砂锅焖面等新业态。
