上海市气象台2026年08月09日09时30分发布中心城区暴雨黄色预警[Ⅲ级/较重]：预计今天和明天，中心城区大部1小时雨强将达60毫米以上，6小时累积降水量将达100毫米以上，暴雨蓝色预警信号更新为暴雨黄色预警信号，请加强防范极端强降雨可能引发的城市积涝。
