8月8日13时，台风“白海豚”中心位于距离浙江省温州市东偏南方向约465公里的洋面上，中心附近最大风力14级，45米/秒。虽然离浙江还有一定距离，但“白海豚”外围云系今天上午已经在江苏南部、安徽东南部、浙江等地激发出对流。
