淳安县气象台2026年8月8日13时5分发布台风蓝色预警信号：受台风“白海豚”影响，预计今天下午起我县所有乡镇风力逐渐增大，8日至11日最大阵风7到9级，高山区和千岛湖湖面局部10级以上，并伴有大到暴雨，局部大暴雨。请注意防范大风对户外旅游、水上交通等的不利影响，以及强降水可能引发的滑坡和山洪等次生灾害。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
