格隆汇8月7日｜金宏气体(688106.SH)公布，在不影响公司募集资金投资计划正常进行的前提下，公司拟使用最高不超过人民币2.30亿元的暂时闲置可转债募集资金进行现金管理，使用期限自上一授权使用期限到期日（2026年8月14日）起12个月内有效。在前述额度及使用期限范围内，资金可以循环滚动使用。
