8月7日，富煌钢构（002743）发布公告，公司及时任董事长兼总裁曹靖、时任董事长杨俊斌、时任总裁郑茂荣、时任董事会秘书窦明、时任财务总监李汉兵被出具警示函。
经查，公司存在2025年半年报、三季报错报，2024年个别信息披露不规范问题，以及内控管理不到位的情况，违反了相关规定。
2026年一季度，富煌钢构实现收入1.24亿元，归母净利润-4509万元。
