8月7日，富国改革动力混合（001349）发布公告，增聘侯梧为基金经理。
侯梧拥有21年的证券从业经验及证券投资管理经验，曾在平安资产管理有限公司担任组合经理助理，并在兴全基金管理有限公司担任研究员、专户投资经理和基金经理等职务。自2018年3月起，侯梧加入公司，现任富国基金权益投资部高级权益基金经理。
