曾风靡一时的音乐节奏游戏《吉他英雄》（Guitar Hero）在2015年《Guitar Hero Live》发售后陷入沉寂，但如今这一类型的忠实拥趸有了新的期待。由原班开发团队重组的RedOctane工作室打造的《Stage Tour》，被视作《吉他英雄》的精神续作，目前正逐步揭开其神秘面纱。
去年，RedOctane工作室在宣布重启时曾明确表示：“这款游戏不会是《Guitar Hero》《DJ Hero》《Guitar Freaks》或《Rock Band》的翻版，而是一个全新的作品。”这一表态引发了音乐游戏社区的广泛关注。今年6月，官方确认《Stage Tour》将于年内登陆主机和PC平台。
在过去数周里，开发团队陆续公布了游戏收录曲目。昨晚，Radiohead、The Cure和Bad Omens等乐队的经典作品被确认加入歌单，令不少乐迷兴奋不已。截至目前的完整名单如下：

有趣的是，歌单中出现了三首名字带“Just”的歌曲——来自The Cure、Radiohead和Bad Omens。官方社交账号也借此玩起谐音梗，调侃道：“只是刚好有这么多首叫做‘Just’的歌……送给你。”并评价“它们都是神曲”。
RedOctane团队表示：“没有什么比一组震撼人心的原声更能将人们凝聚在一起，《Stage Tour》正把音量调到最大。”随着发售窗口临近，更多歌曲与玩法细节预计将在未来数周内陆续公开。
