8月6日，鲍斯股份（300441）发布公告，近日，公司全资子公司江西产业链通过江西省公共资源交易平台竞得鄱阳工业园区L2-15地块国有建设用地使用权。该宗地总面积为16万平方米，成交总价为1844万元。
此前，公司决定对全资子公司江西产业链增资5亿元，用于投资建设冷媒压缩机及热泵新生产基地。
2026年一季度，鲍斯股份实现收入3.53亿元，归母净利润2015万元。
