8月6日，太古地产在港交所公告，2026年上半年股东应占基本溢利增加11%至49亿港元，主要反映出售深水湾道6号两座独立屋所得溢利，惟部分被2025年上半年出售美国迈阿密Brickell City Centre商场及毗邻土地的权益所确认的非经常性溢利抵销。公司宣布2026年第一次中期股息为每股0.37港元，同比增加6%。
