中升集团公告称，截至2026年7月31日，公司已在公开市场完成回购本金总额为1.18亿美元的债券，占原先发行债券本金总额约19.7%。截至公告日，已购回债券已完成注销，债券本金总额为4.82亿美元仍未偿还，占初始本金总额约80.3%。公司未来不一定进一步购回债券，提醒投资者买卖时审慎行事。
