【南亚科：DRAM新厂预计四年内投入725亿元】《科创板日报》6日讯，南亚科宣布，将今年资本支出由原定的520亿新台币（约合108亿元）提高至697亿新台币（约合145亿元）。5A新厂预计四年内投入3466亿新台币（约合725亿元），目标将第一阶段月投片产能提升至3万5900片，并导入EUV光刻机，作为下一代DRAM制程的重要生产基地。
