北京商报讯（记者 刘宇阳 实习记者 王思奕）8月5日，长江证券（上海）资产管理有限公司（以下简称"长江证券资管"）发布公告表示，张波于8月3日新任董事长，同日，原董事长杨忠因工作调整离任。
过往从业经历显示，张波于2007年2月至2018年4月在长江证券任职，2018年5月至2019年8月任职于长江证券资管，2019年8月至2020年9月任长江证券信用业务部副总经理（主持工作），2020年9月至2026年6月任长江证券信用业务部总经理。
