2026年8月5日，中南传媒(601098.SH)公告称，公司近日收到中银国际证券出具的《关于更换保荐代表人的通知》。中银国际作为公司首次公开发行股票并上市项目的保荐机构，原委派杨青松、于新军为持续督导期保荐代表人。因杨青松工作发生变动，中银国际委派王丁接替其继续履行后续持续督导职责。
公告显示，变更后公司持续督导保荐代表人为王丁、于新军。
