广州有银行调整个人房贷利率！记者了解到，汇丰银行广州分行称，住房贷款利率最低可至2.7%。“目前，我行执行的房贷利率最低是LPR（贷款市场报价利率，目前5年期以上LPR为3.5%）减0.8%，算下来的话现在是2.7%。”该行一名工作人员表示。
