格隆汇8月5日丨H&H国际控股(01112.HK)公布，于2026年8月5日，公司及Biostime Healthy Australia Investment Pty Ltd(公司的全资附属公司)(作为原借款人)与香港上海汇丰银行有限公司(作为代理人兼担保代理人)订立银团融资协议，据此，提供(其中包括)(i)金额相当于约3.2亿美元的定期贷款融资("定期贷款融资")；及(ii)金额相当于约1000万美元的循环信贷融资("循环融资"，连同定期贷款融资统称"再融资信贷")，总金额相当于约3.3亿美元。
