格隆汇8月4日｜汇丰控股私有化恒生银行后推措施整合两行资源，汇丰控股CEO艾桥智表示，有关安排集中在提升后勤营运效益，不会整合前线员工，重申不会对汇丰、恒生两间银行裁员，但会有部分工种因为私有化、整合而流失。他表示，会为员工制定技能培训计划，有助员工转型至集团大力投资的岗位。
