南华集团控股公告称，因现金流困难，附属公司华盛玩具于6月收到清盘呈请。截至2026年5月31日止5个月，华盛玩具集团占集团总收入约28.2%、资产净值0.7%、亏损57.5%。集团决定关闭厂房，终止代工业务，转型贸易模式。预计集团整体亏损状况将大幅改善，清盘呈请对集团业务和财务无重大不利影响。
