千龙网北京8月4日讯 据北京市突发事件预警信息发布中心最新消息，市水务局与市气象局2026年8月4日8时联合降级发布全市山洪灾害风险蓝色预警：预计8月4日8时至5日8时，本市怀柔区、密云区、房山区、平谷区可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色风险）。请公众远离山洪沟道，暂停涉山涉水户外活动。
