格隆汇8月3日丨信铭生命科技(00474.HK)公告，根据集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(「报告年度」)未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估及董事会现时掌握之资料，集团预期于报告年度录得利润约3.36亿港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度录得亏损约为10.17亿港元。集团转亏为盈乃主要由于报告年度出售一间附属公司而产生之收益。
