8月3日，石药集团（01093）发布公告，宣布其开发的SYS6090注射液用于治疗结直肠癌的Ib/II期临床试验（SYS6090-008）已于中国首家研究中心正式启动。
该产品为治疗用生物制品1类，主要通过靶向PD-1阳性肿瘤浸润免疫细胞，阻断PD-1和PD-L1相互作用以解除免疫抑制，同时结合IL-15受体以激活相关免疫细胞。
