8月3日，华北制药（600812）发布公告，公司及下属子公司华民公司、南方公司参加了国家组织的第十二批全国药品集中采购的投标工作。
公司及华民公司、南方公司环孢素软胶囊、他克莫司胶囊等8个药品拟中选本次集中采购，拟中选结果公示期为2026年7月31日至2026年8月5日。
本次拟中选药品2025年以及2026年第一季度销售收入情况如下表所示：
2026年一季度，华北制药实现收入21.53亿元，归母净利润3547万元。
