8月3日，英硅智能（03696）发布公告，公司与衡泰生物联合研发的创新口服NLRP3抑制剂ISM8969/HT-001治疗帕金森病获NMPA临床批准。
该药物已于2026年6月在澳洲启动I期临床首例给药，此次获批开启中澳两地平行临床研究。临床试验将评估药物安全性、耐受性、药代、药效特征及针对帕金森病患者的初步疗效。
